These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of DealDie at https://dealdie.com (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DealDie is an informational aggregator and dashboard for free games, DLC, and loot giveaways. We surface listings from third-party data sources and link out to official claim pages. We are not a storefront, payment processor, game publisher, or official partner of Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Amazon, or other platforms unless we explicitly say so.

All game titles, logos, store names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Mentions are for identification and informational purposes only.

Giveaways can expire, change region restrictions, sell out, or be withdrawn without notice. Third-party APIs may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We provide the Service “as is” and do not guarantee that any listed offer remains claimable.

Claiming a drop usually opens a third-party website. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. You use external links at your own risk. DealDie is not responsible for third-party content, accounts, or purchases.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, scrape excessively, or disrupt the Service or its APIs
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Service for fraud, spam, or illegal activity
• Misrepresent affiliation with DealDie or listed publishers
• Circumvent security or rate limits

The DealDie name, branding, UI design, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute our design system or branding without permission. Aggregated giveaway data remains subject to the rights of upstream providers and game publishers.

The Service may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). Ad content is provided by advertisers/networks and does not constitute an endorsement by DealDie. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how ads may use cookies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALDIE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON LISTED GIVEAWAYS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealDie and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the site operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
